By creating an account, joining, or using ClapBack in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
ClapBack is a community platform for organizing peaceful consumer boycotts, raising neighborhood concerns about businesses, and sharing success stories. ClapBack does not organize, endorse, or supervise any boycott, event, or action. Members post their own views and organize their own activities.
Full membership requires a one-time $1 payment, processed securely through Base44 Payments. Membership is lifetime and covers access to post, comment, plan boycotts, and RSVP to events. The $1 fee is non-refundable once membership access is granted, except where refunds are required by law.
ClapBack exists for lawful, peaceful consumer action. You agree NOT to use ClapBack to plan, encourage, or promote violence, threats, harassment, vandalism, defamation, discrimination, or any illegal activity. Accounts that violate this rule may be removed.
You are responsible for what you post. By posting on ClapBack, you confirm your statements are truthful to the best of your knowledge and you grant ClapBack permission to display them on the platform. Do not post private information about other people, and do not impersonate anyone.
Content on ClapBack is community opinion, not legal, financial, or professional advice. Boycott participation is voluntary, and ClapBack is not responsible for any consequences of actions members choose to take.
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or put the community at risk. You may delete your own account at any time from your Profile page.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Significant changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use ClapBack after changes means you accept the updated terms.
